Terms and Conditions, Refund /cancellation Policy

Terms, Conditions and Payment for Online session:

  • Tai chi and qigong training available online more times during week during the COVID-19period. You can enjoy any sessions during the term after your payment received for the current term without any limitation.
  • Tunde-World can accept payment via bank transfer , EFT or on the booking link, find on this page. Please to check your correct amount to pay with click here Click here . Payment should be received before the session started. Please add your full name and Term*number* into the message box.
  • Transfers may only be permitted during the same term provided places are available or payment should to be make before the first session start for the term.
  • Please note that classes missed are the participant's responsibility and are non-refundable but can make up in any class in the current year.
  • Refunds or discounting of fees will be considered only as a result of extreme external impacts or extenuating circumstances.
  • In the event of a tutor being unable to take a class a replacement tutor will be organised for that class. In the case of a qualified tutor not being available to take a missed class, you will be advised of a replacement class date.
  • Tunde-World cannot accept responsibility for changes to individual's personal circumstances that prevent attendance.

Private session / Personal Training /Healing Session and Healing Night Circle

For Cancellation, policy required a minimum of 8 hour ( not including if it is night ) for session Tai chi / Qigong / Reiki / Meditation.

  • No refunds for Personal Training/Session in 8 hours.
  • Refunds or discounting of fees will be considered only as a result of extreme external impacts or extenuating circumstances.
  • Please note that classes missed are the participant's responsibility and are non-refundable.
     

DEPOSITS AND WORKSHOPS PAYMENTS and Cancellation

Deposits and payments for workshops in Australia only are transferable to other workshops prior to the commencement of the workshop (one transfer permitted only), otherwise, they are non-transferrable.
Payment Option
Payment should to do in in advance by Paypal via Booking system, Direct Bank Transfer Payment or in cash before the session start. Please contact Tunde to organise a time that suits you and for bank details.

  • A workshop will be confirmed to proceed not later than 14 days prior to its scheduled starting date.
  • Workshop registration is only confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant.
  • If sufficient confirmed registrations have not been received two weeks in advance of the scheduled starting date, the workshop may be cancelled.
  • In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
  • No refunds or vouchers will be offered once the workshop has commenced.

If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop, the following refunds will apply:

  • The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) at any time at no charge;
  • If notice is received 14 or less days from the scheduled starting date, no refund will be offered;
  • If notice is received 15 or more days from the scheduled starting date, a 50% refund will be offered.
  • Any request to cancel or change an enrollment must be made in writing (preferably by email) to me.
     

T-shirts
We will gladly exchange any item that arrives faulty or damaged in shipment if advised within 14 days of purchase. Please return the item (faulty T-shirts should be returned with no packaging) to our postal address.

Advanced payments for purchased items such as manuals, T-shirts, consultations, online courses, products, workshops or workshop deposits are strictly non-refundable as per the Australian Consumer law that states when a consumer has a “Change of Mind” the store is not obliged to offer a refund.

If the consumer wishes to exchange a product or transfer the Tunde-World training, treatment, course we will allow this one-time only option as we understand circumstances can change. You can choose from the following:

Pay outstanding balance and on-sell to your nominated buyer. Notify us prior to approve the transfer.

  1. Nominate a person to transfer the course in which they continue to complete the term payments. Notify us prior to approve the transfer.
  2. Exchange/transfer to another course/products to an equal amount.
