This class is open to all ages and levels of experience. Do the practice the more you become aware of its profound health benefits and you will also notice a shift in your healing abilities and intuitive awareness.
Come and enjoy the group tai chi experience for the powerful healing effects and also the social contact. All new people are very welcome to join the group.
Tai Chi is a very nice social exercise
Tai Chi and Qigong are scientifically proven as a preventative medicine. Tai Chi relaxes and regulates the central nervous system, promotes physical and mental well-being and releases emotional and physical stress accumulated through work or other anxieties.People of all ages can cultivate relaxation, balance, central equilibrium and physical co-ordination through these gentle and non-jarring exercises.
Stress causes chronic illnesses. Are you stressed? Do you need to lose weight, your work time is stressful, you have pain, headache or backache or you just like to "exercise" in nice group or individually.
Why is Health Qigong So Popular?
Qigong practice develops and balances Qi to improve the health of the body, mind and spirit, and is based in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qigong includes gentle movements, breathing and meditation, creating a system which anyone can practice, increasing health.
With regular practice, Qigong may improve circulation, easing joint and muscle pain, improve mobility, calm the nervous system and increase immunity. It is a great alternative health practice that can help people take control of their well-being, stay healthy and prevent or mitigate chronic illness. Meditating and practicing qigong can be very beneficial in helping to keep your immune system strong in so many ways. When the immune system isn’t healthy and functioning as it’s designed to that is when we get sick. So, keeping the immune system strong is critically important.
What is happening during out training?
The training build up with three generally systems. Usually mixed the Tai chi and Qiqong movement focus for group body problems.
1. nice warm up "exercise"
2. study the term marked form
3. coal down with meditation, and do Qigong movement
